Author In 2009 Daryl Oest worked with Placer Land Trust to put an agricultural easement on one of his ranches. This agreement prohibits development of the property and any activities that detrimental to the agricultural and conservation values of the property. The easement was the product of mutual agreement between both Daryl and Placer Land Trust.
