In 2009 Daryl Oest worked with Placer Land Trust to put an agricultural easement on one of his ranches. This agreement prohibits development of the property and any activities that detrimental to the agricultural and conservation values of the property. The easement was the product of mutual agreement between both Daryl and Placer Land Trust.

Like the first edition of the ad, it features strangers doing good deeds for strangers, which inspires onlookers to do the same. The song is “The Part Where You Let Go,” by Hem.
